Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants and future leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash transactions and fuel operations with accuracy.
• Promote and engage loyalty program participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and sanitation practices.
