7-Eleven, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will work with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee daily operations, and coach staff to achieve results. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for advancement.

You will engage in merchandising, loyalty programs, and ensure a safe, clean store environment while supporting franchise and corporate initiatives. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to reduce turnover.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment following health/sanitation procedures.
