Qualifications

• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills for all store employees.
• Experience supervising a retail team and driving profitability.
• Ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient use of store reports and P&L to affect change.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment per health/sanitation rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient MS Word/Excel; valid driver's license required.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience ok.
