Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Proven ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competent in cash handling and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store by following health and sanitation procedures.
