The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, working with store associates, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience. Experience in retail management and knowledge of P&L are preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Develop leaders and retain talent through coaching and training.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
