7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Indiana to drive excellent customer service, oversee store operations, and develop a high-performing team. You will receive training and advance through our internal programs, contributing to profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for store employees.
• Train and coach staff to improve performance and retention.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Use store reports and P&L data to drive improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure compliance with health procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership; multi-task as needed.
