7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Indiana. You will support the Store Leader with daily operations, coaching and developing employees, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of Retail Management experience is acceptable
• Valid Driver’s License required in state of residence

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader for all store employees
• Demonstrate strength in retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
• Ensure accurate cash handling and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in stock
