7-Eleven Store Leader Trainee in Fishers, IN is a hands-on leadership role joining a dynamic store team. You will lead, train and coach staff, oversee merchandising and marketing programs, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll analyze store reports, manage cash and fuel transactions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, compliant store operation. Full-time, with immediate hiring and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong P&L and store reports analysis ability.
• Cash handling and fuel transactions experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store team, provide leadership, training, and coaching to staff.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and profits.
• Use store reports and P&L data to initiate improvements.
