7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Indiana. You will assist the Store Leader in supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will help with merchandising, loyalty programs, and coaching employees to meet performance goals. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Focus on developing leaders, retaining talent, and promoting employee productivity.
