7-Eleven, Inc. in Conway, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will implement merchandising plans, manage staff performance, and drive profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail operations, and a focus on training and retention. A valid driver’s license and ability to handle cash and fuel transactions are necessary.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coach store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and profitability.
• Use store reports and P&L data to inform business decisions and improve performance.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with team members and customers.
• Proficient with standard computer tools; MS Word/Excel experience preferred.
