7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our leadership team in South Carolina. You will partner with the Store Leader to supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You’ll oversee merchandising, promotions, cash handling, and loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, clean store with well-stocked products. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Focus on hiring; develop leaders and retain staff.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and in-stock products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to multitask.
