Formación

• Oversee and deliver customer service leadership, training and coaching.
• Develop leaders, retain staff and promote from within where possible.
• Drive merchandising, marketing programs and profitability.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to implement improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service every visit.
• Coach and develop teammates to build stronger leaders.
• Execute merchandising and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
• Monitor performance using daily reports and financials.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and stock availability across the store.
