Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in South Carolina. The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations under the Store Leader.

You will coach employees, supervise merchandising, handle cash and fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent retail management experience).

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Focus on hiring, retention, and developing leaders within the team.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and stock levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; related Retail Management experience acceptable.
