Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, oversee merchandising, marketing initiatives, and a store leadership team.

You will drive profitability, coach staff, and ensure customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes promoting from within, training programs, and strong compliance with safety and cash-handling practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of our rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise the store team.
• Execute merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Develop staff skills through training and coaching.
• Use store reports and P&L to guide decisions and improvements.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, presentable store and ensure products are in stock.
