Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Toledo, OH. The role involves leading a store team, supervising daily operations, and driving customer satisfaction while focusing on training and internal advancement.

The position requires overseeing merchandising, managing cash and fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior retail management experience and a valid driver's license advantageous.
