7-Eleven, Inc. in Canton, OH is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to join our in-store leadership team. You will participate in a training program designed to develop management skills, oversee daily store operations, and drive customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes merchandising, staffing, and coaching teammates while applying store data to improve profitability. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with a valid driver's license and willingness to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience.
• Experience supervising store teams and delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to use store reports and basic P&L data to drive store decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to matter changes and improve results.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
