Qualifications

• Retail management experience or strong supervisory history preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required or preferred for relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store team, driving customer service and sales.
• Coordinate merchandising and marketing programs to maximize profitability.
• Use store reports and P&L data to implement improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and compliance with health standards.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers to deliver excellent service.
