7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations and drive profitability. You will supervise staff, train and coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes merchandising execution, promotional campaigns, and cash/fuel handling while leveraging P&L data to optimize store performance. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with internal growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail management experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to influence changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store with proper sanitation and in-stock products.
