Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee in Toledo, OH to join our management team.

You will participate in leadership development, oversee daily operations, and coach frontline staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with inventory, health and safety standards, and P&L awareness while earning competitive hourly pay and access to growth opportunities within our promotion-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to oversee restaurant operations and coach team members to deliver great service.
• Experience reading store reports and managing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant condition and compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation and freshness of products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive changes and improvements.
