Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Minimum one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and staff development.
• Experience with cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and lead merchandising/marketing initiatives.
• Coach and train store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage P&L and store reports to drive profitability.
• Ensure health and sanitation, inventory in-stock, and safety compliance.
