Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with 1 year retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, and reach, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Train and coach employees to improve performance and retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and stocked merchandise.
