Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in the United States. You will coach the store team, execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, and drive profitability while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include managing cash handling, promoting the rewards loyalty program, and training staff through our development programs. 7-Eleven offers training and career advancement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for store employees.
• Develop leaders and empower staff to maintain high retention.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports and P&L to drive change.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions, promote loyalty rewards.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment while ensuring products are in-stock.
• Strong oral and written communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team through daily operations and training.
• Implement merchandising and marketing initiatives to boost profitability.
• Monitor performance using P&L and store reports and adjust as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of cash handling and adherence to cash controls.
• Support and promote the rewards loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in the store.
