You will use P&L data and store reports to improve performance, oversee cash handling and loyalty promotions, and maintain a clean, compliant store environment.

Formación

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Experience using P&L and store reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop and retain staff; identify qualified applicants and promote from within.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and report on performance.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment compliant with health and sanitation procedures.
