The position requires previous supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage store KPIs while maintaining a safe, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for store staff.
• Drive merchandising and marketing program execution across the store.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive profitable decisions.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
• Develop and retain store associates, focusing on succession and leadership.
• Execute merchandising plans and local marketing initiatives to boost profitability.
• Monitor store performance using P&L, sales, and KPI reports to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
