Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Must have supervisory/management exposure and the ability to lead a store team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to store leadership, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
• Drive profitability and ensure customer service excellence across the team.
• Develop skills of the entire store team and coach performance.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
