Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Lead merchandising and marketing programs to drive profitability.
• Utilize store reports and P&L to implement changes and improve performance.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
