Job summary

Northern Tool is seeking a Store Manager for our Tampa area location. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales and profits, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure a high level of customer service.

The role emphasizes training, program promotion, and maintaining a Showtime Ready sales floor. Applicants should have 4+ years in retail, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a solid MS Office skill set.

Qualifications

• High school education plus at least 2 years of college; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of related retail sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• PC proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations including sales, inventory and cashier functions.
• Develop plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Takes exceptional care of our customers.
• Promotes store internal programs for alternative sources of revenue.
• Ensures sales floor is Showtime Ready.
• Implements retail training programs for employees.
