Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and evaluate staff; ensure proper staffing and staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing employee development and performance counseling as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement decisions.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; conduct meetings.
• Open and close the store consistently; maintain security and cash controls.
