• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred at some locations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations and counseling as needed.
• Make recommendations regarding pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Open and close the store reliably; ensure daily readiness.
• Evaluate store performance, inventory planning, and stock levels weekly.
• Facilitate staging, stocking, and presentation of merchandise per standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash control; enforce policies.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and a clean, safe store environment.
