Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Directly manages Captains ( Supervisors ) and influences broader team through coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and operating procedures to deliver elevated athlete experiences.
• Recruit, interview, and select Captain (Supervisor) candidates; manage payroll and scheduling to fit budget and traffic trends.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, price changes, inventory, and loss prevention controls.
