You’ll own a division such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling, manage store operations, assist with recruiting, and ensure best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Brand and customer focus with strong teamwork.
• Fashion awareness and ability to stay updated on trends.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and brand goals.
• Own your division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Collaborate to create a positive working environment for all associates.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connections.
