• 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor
• Must be ServSafe certifiable

Responsabilités

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere.
• Ensure shift leads and crew are trained on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety and safety practices.
• Assist GM with business plan execution and strategies to increase average meal checks and Fan visits.
• Monitor and control inventory, ordering, cash handling and cost of goods sold.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain Fan satisfaction and loyalty.
