Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced General Manager to run a busy store with a focus on high standards, customer experience, and profitability. You will oversee operations, inventory, staff, sales and marketing, while ensuring safety and quality across all areas.

The role emphasizes training, cost control, and delivering a positive Fan experience, with leadership of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• ServSafe certification is required or certifiable.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and atmosphere goals.
• Train and coach assistant managers, supervisors and crew.
• Assist in business planning, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Ensure Fan service standards and handle customer concerns promptly.
• Develop staffing plans and manage schedules for daily and seasonal needs.
• Maintain health, safety, and food safety practices across the store.
