Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a Store Leader in Corte Madera, CA to manage daily store operations, payroll, cash handling and inventory control. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales targets and foster a collaborative, high-energy environment for the team.

The role requires progressive retail leadership, coaching and training abilities, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction while developing staff and delivering

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store procedures, payroll, cash handling and inventory control.
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals and driving employee engagement.
• Lead staffing processes including interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Drive performance by monitoring KPIs like conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand directions and store standards.
• Manage product receiving, pricing changes, markdowns and transfers.
• Coach staff and address performance issues; foster an inclusive, positive environment.
