Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a Store Supervisor in Walnut Creek, CA to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role involves cash handling, merchandising, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

You will supervise the floor, support onboarding, and collaborate with Home Office on community events and brand initiatives. Flexible schedule and weekend shifts required, with strong emphasis on service leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Progressive retail leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise, coach and train staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations as Manager on Duty: open/close and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage cash handling, shipments, floor set, markdowns and replenishment.
• Supervise the store team and coach selling culture for top service and sales.
• Step in to supervise in absence of another manager.
• Analyze KPIs and strategize to drive conversions, tickets, and revenue.
• Assist onboarding of new hires.
• Foster inclusive, positive work environment and community events.
• Collaborate with Home Office and store team on brand awareness.
• Deliver engaging store experiences, modeling service leadership.
• Represent the brand values as a store ambassador.
