Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail performance in Los Angeles. You will oversee daily store operations, payroll, cash handling, and inventory control while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and a collaborative selling environment.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, and development of the team, ensuring adherence to Beyond Yoga values and visual standards. The role demands adaptable scheduling and physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising, coaching and training.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and adaptability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in daily store procedures.
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hires.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling and payroll.
• Drive visual merchandising per corporate directions.
• Control inventory, receiving, pricing changes and transfers.
• Coach staff to develop skills and growth opportunities.
• Foster inclusive, positive work environment and community relations.
