Beyond Yoga is seeking a store leader in Manhattan Beach, CA, to drive operational excellence and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support payroll, cash handling, and inventory processes while mentoring staff, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding brand standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers strong growth opportunities within the company.

• Ability to manage payroll, cash handling, and inventory in a store setting.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals with a focus on employee engagement.
• Drive process adoption, opening/closing the store, and resolving customer concerns with positive outcomes.
• Assess and strategize to drive KPI performance (conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour).
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team.
• Support onboarding for new hires with Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and responsibilities.
• Execute flawless store visual presentation following corporate direction and merchandising adaptations.
• Ensure sound product inventory management through receiving/sending processes and handling price changes, returns, markdowns, transfers.
• Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and policy compliance.
• Coach and develop staff for growth within the organization.
• Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management.
• Ensure adherence to Beyond Yoga and LS Co policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office on community events and brand engagement.
• Be a brand ambassador embodying the company’s core values.
