Job summary

Beyond Yoga in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a part-time Store Manager on Duty to drive store operations, customer service, and sales performance. You will manage cash handling, floor sets, and replenishment while coaching the team and resolving customer concerns with a positive outcome.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 40 pounds. This role supports events and local community engagement, acting as a visible brand ambassador for Beyond Yoga and Levi Strauss

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• You are accountable to the store manager for driving process adoption, opening, and closing the store as a manager on duty and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Support resolution of customer concerns and partner with Store Manager on elevated issues.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of another manager and coach on selling culture and customer connection.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office on events, brand awareness and community engagement.
• Create a compelling store experience by modeling service leadership and embodying company values.
