You will focus on employee engagement, onboarding, visual standards, inventory control and community engagement while adapting to seasonal priorities and promotions.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with focus on engagement.
• Lead team in a collaborative selling environment and resolve customer concerns positively.
• Open/close the store as a service leader and drive KPI performance.
• Interview, hire, train and retain store staff; onboard new hires on Beyond Yoga values.
• Execute store visual presentation per corporate direction and merchandise changes as needed.
• Ensure accurate receiving/sending and inventory processes; handle price changes and transfers.
• Prevent losses by training staff on customer service and policies.
• Coach staff and foster development; address minor employee relations issues.
• Build relationships with community and collaborate with Home Office partners.
