Job summary

Beyond Yoga in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a full-time Store Manager on Duty to drive store performance, open/close procedures and resolve customer concerns with a positive outcome. The role includes cash handling, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining brand standards.

You will supervise and coach the selling culture, onboard new hires, and lead with inclusive leadership while collaborating with the local team and brand partners.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising and coaching.
• Strong customer service mindset and goal-driven performance.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive opening and closing procedures as manager on duty.
• Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Supervise store team and coach selling culture for high service standards.
• Resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office on events and brand initiatives.
