Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for counseling or termination.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Ensure store is opened and closed daily.
