Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of experience with 3 years in Retail Store Manager or 5 years in related management.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgets in sales, expenses, and all P&L categories; drive ROI through data-informed actions.
• Deliver a hassle-free, personalized athlete experience and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Participate in interview/hiring to build a diverse, capable store team.
• Recruit within the community to ensure staffing reflects the local community and manage scheduling.
• Coach and develop teammates, ensuring role clarity and growth opportunities.
• Plan, organize and control activities year out; ensure standards, safety, and store presentation.
