Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pensacola. This role leads daily store operations, assists the Store Manager, and drives sales performance while ensuring outstanding customer service and a positive team environment.

You will manage staffing, training, inventory controls, and adherence to brand standards, contributing to a fun and productive store atmosphere. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Support recruitment and training of store personnel on store operations and procedures.
• Drive selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness.
