Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Destin, FL. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and execute merchandising and training initiatives according to Lids standards.

As a cap expert, you will drive KPIs, manage scheduling, and support inventory control while maintaining a fun, inclusive work environment and strong loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs in a retail setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train/coach staff.
• Capable of managing store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Execute merchandising, VM standards, pricing signage, and promotions.
• Open/close store operations and support inventory audits.
