Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Mississippi location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily store operations, and uphold merchandising and safety standards.

You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving sales targets and driving store performance. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, staffing, and communication skills, with a focus on training and developing team members to deliver the Lids brand

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver customer service excellence.
• Experience in retail operations and staff scheduling.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, handling scheduling and customer issues.
• Train and develop store associates using company programs; reinforce goals and performance.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, merchandising standards, and store safety.
