Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tupelo, MS to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will manage staffing, training, and store procedures while upholding company standards and maintaining a positive, results‑oriented environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to achieving KPIs, optimizing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming, engaging shopping experience for our customers across the Lids

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS training programs and goal setting; follow up in the Store Manager's absence.
• Administer the progressive discipline process, including verbal and written warnings.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and ensure adherence to Lids Brand Standards.
