Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pearl, MS. This role leads daily store operations, coaches staff, and ensures superb customer service while driving sales and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to policies, with responsibility for delivering a positive, inclusive shopping experience and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and coverage when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards, including inventory and cash handling.
• Ensure excellent customer service and active participation in selling strategies to hit KPIs.
• Oversee store operations including POS, merchandising, and daily audits.
