Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and drive achievement of set sales goals for GCNA and its affiliates.

You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, ensure customer service excellence, maintain store standards, and coordinate with leadership to execute plans while upholding Goodwill Core Values.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
