Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the daily sales-floor activities at our Mesa location. You will supervise team members, ensure customer service excellence, manage donations, inventory, and payroll within budget.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Occasional travel to other GCNA stores for training and support is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to pass background check and drug screen; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and manage store team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers; de-escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor payroll and operating costs; manage inventory, donations, and production as applicable.
• Travel to other GCNA locations to assist stores and participate in training and development.
