Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and manage staffing while delivering exceptional donor and customer service. The position involves travel to GCNA locations and may require training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs are within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Travels to other GCNA locations to assist stores.
• Leads day-to-day store sales floor operations.
• Partners with support areas to align with policies and regulations.
• Builds a high-performing team and manages staffing and development.
• Acts as a key holder and backup to Store Manager.
